What happens next?

Our water experts will start working straight away on collecting water quotes for your business based on the information you’ve provided.

We’ll prepare your tailored AquaSwitch Comparison Report (like the example below) that compares your current water tariff to the best alternatives available in the market. We’ll use your historical meter readings to estimate annual consumption and the total you will pay each year under each available tariff.

If you choose to proceed with one of the deals, select the relevant tariff on the report, and we’ll then work with the supplier to prepare the paperwork needed. You’ll receive an e-sign link to sign the relevant onboarding documents.

Once signed, we’ll work directly with your current and new supplier to ensure a hassle-free switch.

When will I receive my report?

If you’ve submitted your report before 5pm on a working day, we’ll come back to you before the end of the day with:

  • Your tailored comparison report; or
  • An update on how we are getting on.

If it’s an evening, weekend, or bank holiday, we’ll start working on your quote when we return to the office.

How do we prepare a multi-site quote?

If you have requested a multi-site comparison, we’ll include the supply to each property as part of a consolidated comparison report.

Using the information you have provided and the central market database, we’ll prepare a list of property supply points associated with your business. We’ll confirm with you that we have included all the properties you are expecting as part of this quote.
